I'm in the process of inventing a new type of time machine. I call it the "temporal convergent loop regressor". The central idea is to avoid the 30 day infinite loop for the completion of Axanar by use of a infinite series convergence algorithm. By using time dilation inherently provided during any time travel event, and then looping an infinite number of hops, each term in the series becomes progressively smaller than 30 days, terminating at 0 and thus allowing finite time for completion of Axanar.

However, the final step in construction will require more funding and I plan to raise the needed 1.6 million dollars via a GoFundMe.

Wow, my email was in that crybaby rant. I sent my email before I knew of all that shenanigans from the Axamonitor guys. I don't like how that little of a man, David Weiner shared my email and email address with the likes of LFIM and his yes man. Manticon here in Minnesota was such a delight, but the Honor Harrington conventions are a very niche convention and they shouldn't be doing anything to detract people away from them. By supporting LFIM and his ilk, you are going to cause controversy. I don't agree with how some the Axamonitor guys went about what they did including tweeting David Weber about it, but I rather not have my second beloved franchise be covered in crap from Axanar.

edited for poor grammar.

To try to interact with those people is an exercise in futility.

The Axa-Faithful have become like a cult, feeding off the explosive diaharrea spewed by His Most Precious and his circle of surrogates. You can't argue with a brick wall, especially when the bricks are full of shit.

It's more fun to just sit back, hold your nose, and watch the swirl in the toilet bowl.

The more time that passes, the bigger the load. There's no way to wipe away the stain, so I just laugh and point.

(Sorry for the bathroom humor; it just worked. :techman:)

The thing he that LFIM could silence a lot of the criticism if he just spent a weekend and filmed the 30 minutes of talking heads in front of a green screen and just released the freaking film.
Not only silence, but actually have the majority of this shindig just move along. However, per his PR Rep, why he can't he do both (as in engage in mudslinging and planning to make the film). Besides, if LFIM does make the film, he may fall to the wayside and he won't be a big man in a small pond anymore or at least create drama waves in the minute pond.

He has created so much hype for Axanar that with the restrictions placed on him by the settlement he knows he cannot produce anything to match the hype produced by 1.4M, prelude, and all his promises. He can't meet the expectations though I'm sure his cult members will likely blame anything on C/P and the guidelines and not on Alec. He will have done the best he could. The rest of the fan film community though will just laugh and point.

I just stepped into the bathroom at work. I think I might be wearing the infamous light blue, Old Navy polo!

I'm not sure I see the point of this article. It's just "people who made controversial coffee build coffeehouse". Now if the interior was made out of the Axanar bridge set you might have something interesting, but at best this is an "alleged criminals go legit" story. Am I missing something?

And what's with specifically naming and picturing Sophia Crawford? The article doesn't actually mention any questionable activity she was involved in, aside from being a friend of Alec Peters. Was she even involved with the Axanar Coffee to begin with? Kinda feels like guilt-by-association as a convenient reason to mention someone semi-famous. I don't know, it just feels mildly creepy to me, but maybe I'm overreacting.

I'm betting LFIM is getting something out of this..........though to what end, I'm not sure
