I'm not sure that matters. I always thought Peters wasn't bright. I never figured he'd actually commit a crime. Don't know if its enough, but he and the others could conceivably face charges of conspiracy to commit murder.
It's NOT enough. You have to have a plan AND take step to put it into action to qualify. That's why you always see in movies they set up someone to make a deal with a fake hitman...........if the 2nd part doesn't take place you just have a bunch of middle age losers talking shit. Maybe there's more in the data dump that hasn't been released yet........Still if I was doing business with someone and chats like these came to light, I'd have a hard time continuing to support them, but he and his followers are very similar to a certain Orange Fellow and his supporters..........

The threats were directed towards a hater in the UK so there was no imminent danger. I doubt police on either side of the Atlantic would do much unless there’s more to it.

Am struggling to find a way to say this without getting overtly political here, but good god............LFIM is so mentally unbalanced, he makes a certain individual look calm and sensible by comparison. How someone this unstable has been able to stretch his own con game out for as long as he has (without suffering any serious repercussions) is beyond me.
