Me too. I didn't just dislike the fact that he wasn't in the show anymore, I also found the way they killed him off and the way everyone behaved afterwards distasteful.

I would like to have known what the writers where smoking the episode before he died where they took his arm off him and the episode where they told you what they where doing with his money where really bad.
