Cast the Characters of Trek Literature

I'm gonna get panned for this, but for some reason, I couldn't help hearing Edward Hibbert, who played Gil the food critic on Frasier. Cognitively, I know the voice doesn't really fit the part, but I still couldn't get the voice out of my mind.

It could be worse. When I first read Titan: Taking Wing I couldn't help but imagined Dr Ree's voice to be that of Wallace Shawn, aka the voice of Rex from Toy Story.

In all fairness, I think's it's darned well high time the guy was on Star Trek. :p

Nope, sorry. He'll always be first and foremost the Sicilian. :p

Please, tell me you say that knowing he's the one who played Grand Nagus Zek.

Okay guys, I don't know if any one has put in a casting choice for Prynn Tenmei yet, but I think I finally found the perfect lady to play one of my all time favorite characters. I don't know if she's been mentioned before but I've gotta go with model/actress/comicgeek Mandy Amano.

Why? Aside from the fact that she's half-Japanese half-Irish like our dear ensign, her look is also stunning yet mischievous. Gotta love her!

This was originally a painting by Kabuki artist David Mack (not Star Trek writer David Mack) of the Sandman character Death. It was based on Mandy and the hair was perfect so I made a couple tweaks to chisel Prynn out of the marble so to speak. What do you think?

Well, I think people are assuming that Elias Vaughn is of Irish descent.

Interesting, never realised that. I wonder how many Irish characters there have been?

Well, I believe there was this obscure nobody called O'Brien once. Don't know what happened to him.

Was he the guy in TNG? ;) :D

TNG...? Oh yes, wasn't he one of the little people?
He was so bland that they shuffled him off to this equally bland space station in the middle of nowhere.

I don't know if this has already been said but I was thinking that from Vanguard, a good choice to play Cervantes Quinn would be Bruce Campbell.

I got annother idea for Anna Sadesjo from Vanguard, Keira Knightly. I really decided that I liked her for the part after seeing her in Pirates at the Carribean: At World's End.
