Cast the Characters of Trek Literature

^ Huh. Interesting.

The vocal style Gold has developed over 70+ eBooks and two short stories doesn't really match the cadence of how Alda talks, but it might be fun to see. :)

Well, it's not like David Gold sounds all that much like Sherman T. Potter, either.

Though it would be fun to have him call Tev on being full of "horse hockey." :rommie:

I was watching Monday's Prison Break online yesterday, and I found myself thinking that Rober Wisdom (Lechero) could be a pretty second choice for Ganz. Same goes for the actess playing "Susan B. Anthony" and T'Prynn.

I still think of Judd Hirsch for Gold...
Interesting choice. I'm liking Leslie Nielson for Gold.

"Starfleet Corps of Engineers - in color!"

"My name is Captain David Gold. There'd been a recent wave of gorgeous Risan models found naked and unconscious in holosuites on the west side. Unfortunately, I was assigned to transport the SCE..."

"We're sorry to bother you at a time like this, Ambassador. We would have come earlier, but your planet wasn't dead then."

You can't be serious....And don't me Shirley!

*Prepares to run...fast*

I'm nnot sure if this has been said before, but I think that Christopher Judge (from SG-1) would make a good Taran'Atar

Yeah, I've been leaning toward Judge for Taran'atar. But Todd works, too....

So, does Gold keep a still running in his quarters for after-duty?

If you chop off the facial hair, I can see a young Chuck Norris ("Good Guys Wear Black" era) as Calhoun.

Cue music: "When you're in Starfleet, look behind you, cos that's where Calhoun's gonna be"

I can also see Chuck Norris as Calhoun and Christopher Judge as Tranatter and what about the Rock as Si-quan.
