Robert Carlyle has revealed that he plans to remain part of the Stargate Universe cast for the foreseeable future.

The actor told Collider that he was still enjoying playing the part of Dr. Nicholas Rush in the second season of the show.

Good news, in my view.

Wow, from Parenthood? She's practically unrecognizable in that pic. Nice. And she's younger than me by three months...hmmm...I figured she was mid thirties. Anyway.

As for the "other half" of my enjoyment of SGU, I find the show in general to be entertaining, with only a couple concepts/characters that suck. It's much more enjoyable to watch the SGU crew teeter on the precipice of horrible death week-to-week than the majority of SG1's camp and galaxy-spanning threat of the week defeated by four people with P90s or pretty much anything from Atlantis (except for McKay).
