I've always had the headcanon that Jean-Luc was taught how to cook (since Maurice didn't allow replicators/technology in the house). So I'd rank him somewhat high although I'd also say that his cooking skills are rusty due to all these years on starships with replicators. The other captains? I have no idea. Archer can probably make a mean cheeseburger tho. Idk. Just a thought. lol
