Atlantis has been hit or miss and SG-1 is creeping on its last leg.
IMHO, the lastest drek called BSG also needs to go by the wayside. It's incredible how Moore has managed to brainwash folks by simply stating certain fallacies enough times in the media that the weak-minded assume it's true, whereas in reality, the show is nothing more than a rehash of '80s television, retooled for the soundbite generation, and complete with shakey cameras, little or no plot or direction, and bad acting save for Olmos and McDonnell.
If this is what is supposed to be the watershed for sci fi, then count me out. I'll try "The 4400", when it premieres this summer.

My prayers have come true!
4 years late, but later is better than never or 7 years!
Now is the time to get over E... The "official" publications will dwindle in value, and the classic Fandom-produced publications will Triple in value within the next decade... James T. Dixon's gonna be a rich man!
Warning for trolling.
GET REAL! I DON'T BELIEVE THIS NONSENSE!
Simply because I give my Honest Opinion and it just happens to GO AGAINST THAT OF THE MAJORITY HERE, you're giving me a "trolling" warning?!!
What kind of "moderator" are you? One that MUST see ALL views flowing in the same direction? Do you Know what "trolling" is? Well, it's about posting crap which has no bearing on the formum's subject matter... Something I've NEVER violated...
If we all weren't afraid to say how we truly feel, this country might not be in so much debt today--and tens of thousands of People would still be alive!
Well, Mr. Mod, I want an Apology...
No, I DEMAND ONE!

Man I got so close to flaming you... but I would rather the mods worry about other things but let me just say
1) You are in no position to demand anything from anyone and if anything you are the one who needs to appologize for having no heart and comming here to thinly hide behind the rules to gloat.
2) Trolling is also posting something in the attempt to get a rise and heated response out of the posters. Obviously what you attempted by posting this here in the Enterprise Canciled thread

I could say something now, Stewey, but I won't. I'm not even going to give you the satisfaction.

The blame for the cancellation of ENT should be placed squarely on the doorstep of those to whom it belongs - Berman & Braga.
Oh please, the people responsible for the cancelation of Enterprise are simple. It is the two individuals who for eleven years have walked to their bank laughing at how much money they were making for taking the franchise through the mud.Posted by Enterpriser:
Anyone who wanted Star Trek: Enterprise cancelled should take a moment to understand the part they may have played in actually cancelling the show.
Yes you can. Unfortunately with B&B it would have been impossible.Really, there is no way to have it both ways. Either you feel that your efforts were productive, in which case you should accept the cancellation, or you should regret your actions, well-intentioned as though they might have been.
In this, there are no two ways about it. You cannot have your cake, and eat it, too.
There is not acceptance or otherwise needed. What has come to fruition is something that has been predicted for quite sometime now. The show lacked greatly in its first few seasons. The creators, executive producers refused to take pride, acknowledge, or compliment through their writing the series that gave them their riches. Instead they chose to dismantle it piece by piece. Rather than attempting to maintain the quality of most of its predecessors they sank to the depths of many other sci-fi series.I will say this: I have never criticized Stewey or other critics of Star Trek: Enterprise for disliking Trek. But now, at this ultimate point in the series' fortunes, I feel no compunction in saying that they reap what they have sown: Cancellation.
What now are we supposed to accept from these critics?
I daresay, nothing else!
Hopefully it will be a Trek series in which Berman and Braga's name appear nowhere on.Posted by DunkMachine:
I used to hate Steweys guts because he kept slamming Enterprise and spurning it's existence. But after I saw quality shows like FireFly and Battlestar Galactica I realised how much Ent was lacking.
I just don't care about Ent anymore. After 4 seasons we never got to know the characters anyway. The only reason I watched it was to see how the Earth-Romulan war played out.
I hope the next trek series gets better directors and better writers.
