God this is Heart breaking.
Im just so pissed off at those idiots that ran this show into the ground. Im pissed at Trek fans that didnt keep watching Enterprise! Im mad as hell at UPN for taking the damn neilson ratings as gospel!

I hope next season that UPN's ratings are so low that they go under compleatly. That network never diserved to have any Star Trek show on it! Those Idiots had the best trek cast of all the spin off series a good idea for a series and they ran it in to the ground!

I think Im going to go cry now and I havent done that since my Dog died 6 years ago.

And people who don't like the show, let's try to be a little sensitive here. Not just for the fans - there are now a couple members of this forum who are soon to be out of jobs.

It seems to me they HAVE been so far.

Now I almost feel foolish for my obnoxious Phloxian optimism! I just couldn't believe they'd do this. It's not just about ENT and crappy ratings on a friday night with no promotions. It's about the entire Star Trek franchise. I simply couldn't believe that Moonves or anyone would so callously kill it, which it what they have done. There will be no new series or movie. There will be no two or three year break, no matter what Moonves says. Star Trek is DEAD as of the series finale of ENT.

OH NO.. This can't happen..... please no...
I really really really really love Enterprise... I can't believe this is happening.... :scream:

by the way, rumour has it, Enterprise is cancelled due to Stewey, who's an anti-enterprise big wig, sucking the cock of the UPN directors to get a cancelation.

I think he should be ashamed, if this rumour that was just pmed to me, is true.
what's a flame?

Warning for flaming.

To "Star Trek: Enterprise" *Raises Glass*. :)
*Raises Glass* To "Enterprise"! :)

To Enterprise!

May we get drunk off of all our glasses and collectively piss on UPN!

*Bangs on loud gong repeatedly* (TNG Reference)

Here!Here! :D
Amen To That! *Raises Glass* To Star Trek, it's been one hell of a ride, it just won't be the same without you.
:scream:

OH MY GOD.

It's finally happened. This is the first time in my life there won't be new Trek.

My only consolations are that at least it went out on a high note rather than a whimper, and this

and we all look forward to a new chapter of this enduring franchise in the future."

Probably means nothing, but it serves as a glimmer of hope :(

Don't feel bad. I'm sure your opyimism helped a lot of us when we were down.

I suppose I've been pretty negative about this the past few minutes, but I do see the merits in all of this.

Congratulations to Star Trek: Enterprise, the cast, crew, and creative talents, and the great four season run. I'm looking forward to these last few episodes, and won't miss them!

What most sadden me is that I don't think I want new trek series in the future without Enterprise cast.

I can't really imagine new crew in 1-5 years to come. I'll keep thinking about Enterprise crew. :(

I know it's a long shot but maybe someone like Sci-fi will pick up Enterprise, hell they picked up Andromeda, a show that is way below the quality of Enterprise.

My condolences to all the ENT fans. I was just starting to get into it, and now I won't have the chance. :(

To the Officers and Crew of the Starship Enterprise, NX-01... They will be missed.

To the cast and crew of "Star Trek: Enterprise". Thank you for four years of the most fun I'd had with Star Trek since a decade before the show began.

To my fellow fans: The loss of "Enterprise" does not mean that Star Trek is dead. We have had times without new Trek on TV before, and we undoubtedly will have them again for a while. But if we enjoy the Star Trek Universe, there's still plenty of enjoyment to be had.

For the moment, come May, I bid thee to look to the Star Trek coming from New York, until such time as the Star Trek from Los Angeles returns.

Best,
Alex

I told myself at the beginning of season four that this season was the last, and that any additional seasons would be a bonus. I didn't actually believe it. I'm gutted. It shouldn't have been a surprise, but seeing the announcement on startrek.com completely floored me.

But it isn't over. I'm sure the fan campaign will change focus now. The fat lady is only warming up her vocal chords - she ain't singing quite yet.
