Can ODO Fart??

Okay DS9 fans...it's odo's turn. We have been trying to figure out whether or not DATA, an android who doesn't need to eat, Fart. And not only could he fart or not, but would it make a sound and would it smell? Yeah...demented I know. But hey, my son asked so now I am passing it on to my TREK friends..

And now? What about Odo? Can he fart? He usually just eats him self I guess. Can he digest food, and if so, does he fart? Or are they...ewwwww...liquid farts?

Odo can change himself into gas. Therefore, he can BE a fart.

Indeed. Those sticks probably get in the way of the farts.....

Since Odo could mimic a solid, I guess he could shape-change a digestive track too. Also, changing shape could trap gas inside is body as it reconfigures itself, so I guess when that gas is expelled it would be a fart. As a human he definitely could fart. And as already stated, Odo could be a fart too if he changed into a gas...

Odo probably just pushes a gas bubble to his side or out his back to maintain internal pressure. we all do but with odo's liquid metal construction he just pushes it out like a few bubbles being pressed out of a wall poster.
