And yeah, I do not willy nilly rec Treklit, a lot of it is dire, but the DS9 relaunch is FANTASTIC. Especially the first few.
I watched DS9 straight through with my wife about 4 years ago, as I didn't have the opportunity to follow it closely when it broadcast. I think it is absolutely top- notch Trek. Maybe the best since TOS aired 50 years ago.

I've watched it all the way through 4 times, but just talking about certain characters and story arcs makes me want to do it again.
It sounds like we carry the same curse in life. I can't come into this forum too often because it always makes me want to start from the beginning again. I just finished a rewatch six weeks ago!
I'm big on bringing new people into the shows I love, though, which I guess kind of tempers me somewhat. I got someone new into DS9 (two people, in fact!) this year, so I'm satisfied for now, I think.
I've actually been saving up some rewatching until I can rewatch it with new people.
