...inspired by the "sonic shower" thread, I thought we might have a bit of creative fun with this Thread...for example:

"Black Hole Personal Cleansing Creme...for a clean Event Horizon"

You get the point...put on those creative and irreverent marketing hats and show us what you got!

Or perhaps examples of product placements of current brands that, by virtue of some symmetry between either their name or function and how fortuitously the environment chosen (shipboard, planetside, whatever) for the drops take place, might make their appearance seem at least slightly less than randomly incongruous. Maybe even make some twisted logic!! :mallory:

Warp Drive Express -- When it absolutely, positively, has to be there at the speed of plot.

This is somewhat related (otherwise I shouldn't be posting in here, really  ): I'm not sure if it lasted, but in the early Next Generation episodes, the conn and ops panels had little manufacturer's labels on them, which I thought was an extremely cool little touch.

I have something like that going in my little personal sci-fi universe. When I build 3D models of consoles or small vehicles like a jetbike, they get a little nameplate. Usually it's Kurosawa.

Ease the friction with 'Turbo Lube'. Reach your full ascension. Going Up???

or

Warp Factor YES. Ringed, for her pleasure.

Dude, that's cool! And for more reasons than one: I'm only now embarkjing on 3d building. You may be able to recommend programs for me! :)

I'm not one to ask, I have an older program that is not considered mainstream. Lately I've been looking at SketchUp but haven't tried to do anything with it yet. The Fan Art forum is the place for advice.

I'm (slowly) in the process of moving, and I'm climbing the walls being unable to work on my physical models just now. I thought it would be a good time to try to expand my horizons a bit.

I will hijack this thread no more. Apologies, all! :)

Thanks, Melakon!

Klingon bloodwine synthale.

Synthale aged in Klingon bloodwine barrels.

You could have a regular synthale, but then you'll end up having a regular night. Live like a Klingon. (4.9% synthenol by volume)

Chell's Chicken Warp Core-don Bleu, making crewmembers long for the return of Neelix's recipes for, well about a day or two!

All Ferengi products:

Hewmon says: It is morally wrong to use this product
