He needs one of those black sombreros... like from The Three Amigos. All the bad guys are wearing black this year.

Then we all go back to the first post and do this all over again. Of course none of us will totally remember that we've been through all this before.
After going through the first 2000 posts over and over again, some of us will begin to get that deja vu feeling, like we've done this all before. We will begin to predict what people will post, such as Samuel T. Cogley will try to be funny (and sometimes/often succeed), Cary L. Brown will find cause to be offended, and that MattJC will tell us he isn't going to see the film.
This deja vu will help us realize that we are stuck in a time loop and we will begin put references to "sombreros" all over this thread as a clue to help us get out of this causality loop. We knew that a somrero is such a random and irrelevant symbol that we would know it must be a signal of some sort.
That's where we are now...one of us needs to figure out what a sombrero has to do with getting us out of this causality loop before the 2000th post arrives -- or we are all destined to repeat and relive this thread for all of eternity.
