Or maybe wanted to catch up beforehand if they hadn't seen it already.
It must be really irritating to a director, to shoot a powerful scene like this only to realize that it can't be fit into the movie. Interesting though, that Coogler is happy for us to see the scene as though it were a little free standing mini movie, which is the way it plays. The aforementioned W'Kabi/Okoye deleted scene has been released online.
As much as I wish the scene had been left in the film to further develop their relationship and conflict, I can understand why Ryan Coogler removed the scene because how it didn't fit with the flow of the film.
I agree. Except for the third Thor movie.I give it an A. It's one of my favorite Marvel Studios movies (a list which includes the first Captain America movie, the first Iron Man movie, and the third Thor movie).
I'm thinking something elegant... something thought provoking... something unexpected... something like... Black Panther 2. What do you guys think?I guess we'll find out in The Untitled Sequel.

The movie was okay, nothing special.
But the bad guy was terrible
Today is the first time the film went under one million dollars on a Friday, on day 78. Pretty damn impressive considering The Force Awakens reached that milestone two weeks prior in its run (Avatar, on the other hand, was still going strong).
You must've watched a different film from the rest of us. Most people consider Killmonger one of the best, if not the best, MCU villain.
His arrogance was part of his villainy. He made valid points about racial oppression in the world but his arrogant means were not the right solutions to the real problems.Ok the movie was more than ok, I really like T'Challa and Shuri.
But Killmonger the best villain? i found his arrogance a little bit irritating, but that is just my opinion
Vulture, Loki, and Thanos are all great villains along with Killmonger, so yes, a very high bar.Not a very high bar...![]()

I hadn't thought about that moment with the mask in that way, but you're right about that. Great observation. My favorite villain establishing moment for him is right in the beginning. He gives this whole lecture about colonialism and theft and rank ignorance of the people being stolen from the curator he's murdering, and then immediately steals a mask he doesn't know jack shit about because he thinks it looks cool. Right there, you can tell he's become his own enemy, and that continues on throughout the film.
And if you want to throw the non-movie villains in there too, add Fisk, Kilgrave and probably about half a dozen more from AoS.Vulture, Loki, and Thanos are all great villains along with Killmonger, so yes, a very high bar.
