No. TOS = The Original Series. Movies are not part of TOS.

To me, the "TOS era" (note era, not denoting just one thing) covers The Cage through to the opening sequence of Generations, or 2254 to 2293, or the adventures of the 1701 through launch of 1701-B.

Disagree on the term if you want, but Blue Alert is a thing on the 1701 in 2285 and presumably earlier since everyone onboard already knows what it is.

That's fine but it should actually be called TOS era, not The TOS era. That's like saying "The The Original Series Era."

Condition Green is a thing in a lot of tie-in media and even the odd green underlit background in the live action stuff.

Condition Green doesn't actually mean that. It's a code to indicate that the speaker is under duress, so whoever is on the other end of the line can be alerted that there's a threat.

...At least you can do red, yellow and blue with lamps. You might do black, too, but <you-know-whose-voice>it would involve removing the lamp </you-know-whose-voice>.

I don’t know if it was ever used in the written tie ins, but green was used in some games as the standard operating mode of the ship.

The star fleet command series comes to mind.

I think Bridge Commander may have used it as well
