I need new Who! Can anyone recommend a good Big Finish story for a new listener? My favorite Doctors are Baker* and Davison. Thank you!

Thank you! Spare Parts seems to be a big favorite so I'll definitely start there. Cheers! For the Fifth Doctor, Spare Parts was a classic. I've enjoyed the Fourth Doctor audios I've heard but offhand I can't think of anything that stood out quite as much.
Wow! This is great! Thanks for taking the time to share such a comprehensive list. I'll be copying this to my notes and referring to it for sure! Thanks again, friend!I would suggest some of these as a starter pack:
Fourth Doctor: The Fourth Doctor Box Set (has two Lost Stories adapted for audio), Philip Hinchcliffe Presents Box Set 1, The Wrath of the Iceni, The Abandoned
Fifth Doctor: Spare Parts, Omega, The Fifth Doctor Adventures: Volume 1 (very era specific, has two stories very early season 21 vibes)
Sixth Doctor: The Lost Stories range, if you want a season 22-era specific or adjacent to that interpretation of this Doctor, or the following for a more varied version of him: The Holy Terror (regularly cited as the greatest audio story of all), The Marian Conspiracy (the first one with BF-only companion Evelyn Smythe, who joins the TARDIS and accompanies him in further adventures), Davros, The Juggernauts, The One Doctor, The Last Adventure box set (has three BF-specific companions, but the stories are easily enjoyed anyway, plus the last story in the set has the Doctor regenerate)
Seventh Doctor: The Fires of Vulcan, Dust Breeding, Colditz, Master, The Harvest (the first one with BF-only companion Thomas "Hex" Scoffield, who joins the Doctor and Ace in the TARDIS and accompanies them in further adventures), UNIT: Dominion, The Two Masters, Master
Eighth Doctor: This one is the most straight foward: start with his very first story in either the Main Range - Storm Warning - or the Eighth Doctor Adventures - Blood of the Daleks - and go on from there. Do know that the Main Range stories are traditionally 25-minute long serials of episodes, whereas the Adventures/box sets line are 45/60 minute long episodes akin to NuWho.
Ninth Doctor: aside from the recent Rose-included stories, I'd suggest giving Old Friends (a box set with three Ninth Doctor audio stories, including a two-parter with the Cybermen and the Brigadier!) and Star-Crossed (three audio stories with River Song) a whirl.
Tenth Doctor: The Tenth Doctor Adventures Volume One, Out of Time (three multi-Doctor stories, with 4, 5 and 6 opposite 10 respectively) and The Tenth Doctor and River Song box sets.
Thirteenth Doctor: the recent audios as they're released monthly/bimonthly.
The First Third, Eleventh and Twelfth Doctor are recasts, so I don't know how much of that you want to listen to.
Not available in all areas I'm afraid. King County library doesn't include any of the Big Finish audio books.Just as an FYI, Spare Parts is available on Hoopla.
Here's Hoopla's Doctor Who audios

They also have a bunch of the spin-off series Dalek Empire, Iris Wildthyme, Cyberman, Counter Measures, I Davros, Charlotte Pollard, Bernice Summerfield, Jago & Litefoot, Vienna, and the original UNIT series.
