Bicycle racing, anyone?

I did my first Ironman in 2019 and am just about to start training for one in November this year. Just today got out for my first real outdoor bike training session of the year.

There's a lot that I need to re-acclimate to. My neck hurts like hell right now just from holding it up at a certain angle, and I'm getting super nervous about biking in traffic every time a car passes me and there's not a very big shoulder.

I'm wondering if the seat and handlebar could have moved on their own since I got it professionally fit or whether I'm just not used to the handlebars being that far down anymore.
