The Cygnus was filled with reanimated corpses, a homicidal robot, and a psychopath who wanted to take everyone with him on a one way ticket to hell. What's NOT ghost-spaceship about that?
Though I vote Event Horizon, becuaes it was designed to LOOK like an old sanitarium though it had no particular reason to do so. Discovery is a close second though, however in 2010 they spent so little time aboard her it didn't quite surpass the "salvaged derelict" feel, IMO...
well, it WAS a salvaged derelict. No ghosts, or even dead people (all spaced or evolved), just an empty hulk and an insane (but generally powerless) computer
The Zelbinion in the Farscape episode "PK Tech Girl" perhaps? Perhaps not.
Deckerd The crashed ship that they found on Miranda in "Serenity" has the registration C57D, which is the same as that of the starship in "Forbidden Planet".
I'm sure there must be good examples in literary SF but none really spring to mind, except the one near the beginning of Iain M Banks "The Algebraist".
