Best Lines - Janeway

God, I always hated how Janeway was written for that episode. I know she was depressed and that it had to be shown on screen, but I hated how the writers handled it--or maybe how it was directed.

No, on second thought, it was the dialogue.

The only problem is, I'm not sure how it should've been written.

Oh and I'm sure this is long gone, but still my favorite line "there's coffee in the nebula" Which actually reminds me someone had used that line as an ad for starbucks or something in a fanfic story

All the good ones have been taken.

But I too have happy memories of "There's coffee in that nebula." from 'The Cloud'. I LOVE that episode. When that episode aired Voyager could do no wrong in my eyes, and Janeway was my favorite Trek character. And then came this episode which was really all character development, done very well.

I also loved the bit in that episode where Janeway and Tom talk about dogs. I'm not an animal person (though I do love raccoons), but that always felt like a really nice touch.

JANEWAY: Starfleet captains don’t easily succumb to fear
