Best Line in all of Trekdom

I was thinking the other day as to what was the best single line in all of screen Trek, from all the series and films. What do you think? It can be based on context or the line itself. I thought about it for a while, and the best I think still is Spock from TCOTEOF:

"He knows, doctor. He knows."

Anyone else?

"He just kept talking in one long incredibly unbroken sentence, moving from topic to topic, such that no one had the chance to interrupt him, it was really quite hypnotic."

“After a time you may find that having is not, after all, as pleasing a thing as wanting. It is not logical, but it is often true.” - Theodore Sturgeon

The last line of TNG "The Best of Both Worlds, Pt. 1." Riker sees Picard as Locutus, and knows he has to kill him anyway for the good of the Federation.

"Mr. Worf . . . Fire!"

And I always thought Kirk telling everyone in The Voyage Home, "Remember where we parked" was really funny.

I would think the line most people associate with Star Trek is the one that was never actually spoken.

"Beam me up, Scotty."

Tough one. A few favorites:

"It's wondrous--with treasures to satiate desires both subtle and gross--but it's not for the timid."-Q, speaking about exploration of deep space in TNG: "Q Who?"

"Resistance is futile."-Many voices of the Borg in TNG: "The Best of Both Worlds, Part I"

"We are not interested in your display of force."-Spock responding to Loskene's threat in TOS: "The Tholian Web"

"Vulcan, like Earth, had its aggressive colonising period—savage, even by Earth standards—and if Romulans retain this martial philosophy, then weakness is something we dare not show."-Spock on his people's lost brethren in TOS: "Balance of Terror"

"Risk is our business."-Kirk on the point of being in Starfleet in TOS: "Return to Tomorrow"

"Her five-year mission: to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations, to boldly go where no man has gone before."-TOS Opening Credits

"Don't let them promote you. Don't let them transfer you. Don't let them do anything that takes you off the bridge, of that ship. Because as long as you're there, you can make a difference."

All good ones. Another Spockism from "Tholian Web" that cut me up - as the Tholian ship batters the Enterprise with disruptor fire -

"The reknown Tholian punctuality".

Seeing as though someone got to KHAAAAAN before me...

Perhaps today IS a good day to die... PREPARE FOR RAMMING SPEED!
