I picked the TOS ep, City on the Edge of Forever, partly for nostalgia's sake, and partly because I enjoy it more than the other two, despite how much I like both. -- RR

Man, all three of these are fantastic episodes. Tough choice, but I think I'm going to have to go with In The Pale Moonlight, one of my favorite DS9 episodes of all time.

Yes, all three are great, but I must go with City. It packs more of an emotional punch than the other two, IMO.

I know that one of the modern Trek episodes will win. Modern Trek fans are just mistaken in this regard.

I have to go with In the Pale Moonlight.

City on the Edge of Forever would be my second choice. I think that, sadly for TNG, BOBW has lost some of it's punch since the Borg were so overdone later on...and showed so many times on VOY to be so easily beaten. Because of that, I now watch this episode with more of a shrug than a gasp.

The Borg were definitely a race where less would have been more, IMO.

Wow, I'm surprised to see DS9 doing so well, even though it's my fave series. I know there's a big DS9 bias on this BBS but it's City on the Edge of Forever for me. All three are top-notch entertainment though.
