'The Gift' for giving Kes a good send-off (shame they almost ruined it with 'Fury' though).
'Message in a Bottle' because Bob Picardo is VGR's best character and the humor added to the significance of making contact with home made it a winner.
'Living Witness' again because of Picardo and its strong trek-like message. Shame about the continuity bluff with the Doc's back-up program...

I agree, The Gift was a GREAT episode, it had some great visual effects with the bulkheads exploding and other realy cool scenes
