Best Ensemble Episodes From all series

I was thinking about doing an all series inclusive mini marathon of ensemble episodes which are, duh, episodes in which each character gets something to do and are NOT focused on just one character.

So what are your suggestions? Feel free to include the 'bad' ones.' Discussions about whether or not a particular episode is character focused or not are welcome.

I'd need to give it a little more thinking but one that immediately pops into my head is "Cause and Effect" from TNG.

"Cause And Effect" is a good one, but is Troi even in it?

Off the top of my head, from TNG:

"The Naked Now", "The Last Outpost", "Where No One Has Gone Before", "Lonely Among Us", "The Arsenal of Freedom", "Contagion" (Troi a little under-served, but everyone else gets nice moments), "Best of Both Worlds", "Qpid", "Time's Arrow"...

Probably my memory, but there seemed to be more in the early days.

I don't know if it's necessarily one of the best but the TNG episode "Disaster" seemed to include pretty much everyone.
