BeleniX...

Anyone every try this?

I'm pretty fluent in Linux, but I really don't know much about OpenSolaris nor do I have any idea how different it is. Though it seems (to me, at least) that that "nuts and bolts" are more or less the same.

In any cause, this BeleniX seems like an interesting idea and a lot more functional than some of the Live CD Linux distros I've seen/tried.

I was just curious if anyone has used it and what they thought of it.

Last time I tried it, it wouldn't run because the authors had compiled the math libraries for processors supporting SSE2.

I've used Nexenta (which is basically Ubuntu, only on OpenSolaris).

I think there's very little advantage to using something other than Linux for home users at the moment.
