Constellation class Shuttlebay Question

This one is a hyper specific question, but I was wondering if anyone has an idea of the dimensions on the various bay doors on a Constellation class starship? The Constellation seems like she could have a fairly extensive shuttle compliment, but I do wonder how large a daughter craft would actually fit through the door. They seem to be larger doors than on even the contemporary Excelsior class, pointing to the ability to carry some rather larger ships at least temporarily! But would something like a runabout, or more likely the executive shuttle, fit through there? Or is the size relative to the saucer deceiving us, and it's just an abnormally large bay door up front?

As to a specific answer? I haven't seen any good references to this. But some years ago someone on this forum was working on a Constellation class technical manual. Till they got bogged down in a spy ship design problem. In other words they wandered off course.

My personal opinion is that the bow door could also act as a navigational deflector. So look up that thread.

He also had a great design for an earlier Tricorder.

With regards to the specific dimensions, I'm not really sure. I don't think the MA article on the model has those details. The original Stargazer model has numbering on the side bays which isn't totally clear on screencaps, and which don't seem as obvious on the Hathway model in "Peak Performance."

Jackill's work suggests that the Constellation was primarily a long rang explorer and that it only has a single main shuttle bay (the big forward one), with the side bays being for research purposes - apparently designed to hold modular labs and sensors. It's certainly an interesting idea, as the numerals don't necessarily have to correspond to hangar bays. I can certainly see the nose bay as being the most practical option for small craft in relation to the rest of the layout.
