Before you die what movie and tv series.....

...would be the ones you would want to watch.

Your on your death bed. You have only enough time to watch 1 favorite movie and one tv show of your chocie. Which ones would you chose.

Tv show: Lost in Space...I was thinking Star Trek at first but I have seen that many more times as opposed to Lost in Space. Lost in Space was primarily on when I was in elementary school and wasnt on regular airwaves for years after that. Star Trek was on every weekend up until I was in my 20's. Plus Lost in Space is comforting to me. It reminds me of my youth and family.

Movie: I would say Lord of the Rings....Its a modern classic that brought back my love and for fantasy films. It is also one of the few films that at my age still gave me a sense of awe. Something that is rare the older we get.

Star Trek...............I would love the sound of the Theme tune, or some intense action, or even one of Kirk's pep talks to be the last thing that i heard as i faded from this mortal coil.

Movie: The Lion in Winter. I absolutely love this movie and I can never get quite enough of it. The dialogue, the drama, the humor, the setting, the actors, they're all just amazing.

TV Show: Probably just a classic episode of The Simpsons. It was a very important part of my childhood and watching an old episode always brings to mind things like watching the show with my dad and my sister or hanging out at with my best friends in high school, trading obscure quotes and references. This show and others like it became almost like a private languages amongst my friends, we referenced them so much. That was a very dear part of my life and I like to be reminded of it.

Well, considering the situation, something like Lawrence of Arabia, Dr. Shivago, Lord of the Rings Extended Edition.

Same for TV show, whatever series has the most hours filmed.:techman:

Both are too hard for me to choose from.

TV Series It would be one of the following:
- Star Trek: Deep Space Nine it's my favorite Trek series.
- Star Trek: The Next Generation the optimistic voyages would give me hope.
- Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles I like the show.
- House I may find the cure for whatever's killing me.
- ER Plenty of extra time and maybe the cure'd be found.

Movie It would be one of the following:
- Star Trek: First Contact it's my favorite Trek movie.
- The Terminator its one of my favorite action movies.
- George A. Romero's Night of the Living Dead my favorite horror movie (and I'd take notes).

Off the top of my head, and being a bit morbid-

Movie- Groundhog Day
TV Series- Six Feet Under

TV Show: Deep Space Nine, Angel, Chuck, or Babylon 5.

Movie: Empire Strikes Back, Army of Darkness, Rambo 4, or Conan The Barbarian.

I was wondering if someone would be smart enough to pick a show with alot of hours, Whatever has the most hours filmed. Gunsmoke would be a good one. 20 years of eps should get you a 5 or 6 week reprieve.

^

In that case, I would watch every episode of the Adam West show, Lookwell.:)

but under the circumstances that I would sit alone in my room watching films instead of being with loved ones, I would watch....

Films - Star Wars, Casablanca, or dawn of the dead ('78)

Tv Series - Star Trek or maybe an episode of Quantum Leap for the feel good factor.

Staright off the top of my head I'd have to go with Star Trek XI and the final seasons of Lost cause then after all the mysteries and questions about each have been answered and solved and at least one of them gets a good review then I know I can die peacefully afterwards. Just the first thing I thought of when I saw the question.

TV series: Blake 7-- Backups Dr Who (all 40+ years worth) TOS, DS9 or Spooks.
Film: The Haunting (original version)--backups Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, Empire or a Bond...

TV:
1. Star Trek: TOS
2. Space:1999

Movies:

Raiders of the Lost Ark
Close Encounters
Creature From The Black Lagoon
Jason And The Argonauts

Movie: The Lion in Winter. I absolutely love this movie and I can never get quite enough of it. The dialogue, the drama, the humor, the setting, the actors, they're all just amazing.
Yup. You hit it.

TV show:MASH. If I gotta go, I want to do it with old friends around me.

Gunsmoke? I would go with Coronation Street. 7024 episodes and counting. Fatal disease or not I'd live to be 150.

To be honest, I have spent most of my life watching TV shows and movies. I think, in my last days, I might want to do something else.

Of course, if I had to choose, I'd say the last season of LOST, just to get some closure on a show I loved so much.

For the TV show, I'd re-watch Buffy the Vampire Slayer, definitely. As for which movie...probably Defending Your Life. It's my favorite, and it's pretty hopeful about the afterlife, so it would probably be a good one to go out on.

jessicas Alba and Biel, Scarlett Johannsen, Eva Mendez and Jen Garner in a XXX hardcore lesbo porn flick.

i'd die happy...
