It's more there unwillingness to sit down on a planet for months.
OCD.
Gotta keep moving.
The exterior shots from the times Voyager did land were awesome.
Between bracing force fields, antigravity and transporters transplanting broken this and that seamlessly from a to b, it doesn't seem like the ship could be damaged so bad that the crew weren't dead also that it couldn't be fixed.
Consider that Kirks, well, consider that Pikes Enterprise was completely refit, and then again before they almost gave her to Dekker...
A hundred years later and they would have been building ships with the intention that they would one day some day be refitting them with new as yet unimagined technology which is why there are still Excelsior Class Starships seen mucking about in DS9 and TNG. Hell as excelsior Class refit beat the Defiant in a fair fight in Paradise Lost (or was it Homefront?).
Good god Voyager can eject and replace their warp core with out much trouble in space.
And another thing.
Voyager is TINY!
Besides, if they couldn't 'fix" Voyager, if they could make industrial replicators they could have just built another Starship of any classification they felt like.
They had to stop using the warp coils they got in Hope and fear due to hull stress... So maybe you have a point? or if they had stopped on a planet for a month to fix the ship, they could have gotten home in a few hours.
Cutting off their nose to spite themselves.
