Been a Long Time - USS Enterprise

Hello!

I had a couple of days off, so I had some fun and made a couple of images with my Where No Man Has Gone Before ship.

The first shot is kind of similar to the opening/closing shot they used to use.

While this second shot is mildly close to the shot they used to use for their asteroid ... kind of.

Kind of! I go back and forth about how reflective the "model" surface should be. I've got it pretty reflective for these images.

It is almost like the way unpainted jet aircraft look like on old pictures and in 60's movies.
And yeah, I think it is a fine line between too much and just enough, you got it right though I would say.

Yeah, I have enough of my memory back that I can make images in Blender! (Yippee!) Now, I have to get better at it!
