Spoilers Battlestar Galactica '04 question: Funny scene with Tyrol and Tigh

I wasn't sure if in should put a "spoiler" prefix on, but better safe than sorry.

Interestingly enough, given my support for SFA and Discovery, yes, I as one of those people who didn't like the Galactica miniseries because of some of the changes. I decided not to watch the regular series.

However, I did record the miniseries on VHS and watched it repeatedly. And I did watch some episodes here and there. (There's also a crossover comic between the two Galacticas I mean to get on trade paperback. But I digress.) And that gets to my question:

There's a scene in S4 I think where Tyrol is explaining to Tigh and Adama how Cylon technology could be used to repair the Galactica. But Tyrol, who knows he is a Cylon, gets mixed up: "They -- I mean, we -- have technology that we -- I mean you -- can use..."

And Tigh says, "Do you want a chart to keep it clear?"

I always liked that scene. With BSG now on Paramount Plus, I've been trying to find it. But I can't. Does anyone know which episode that's in? Thanks.

Well, the repairs start in "No Exit" so it should be in that episode or maybe the next. By "Daybreak" the repairs are done.

Keep in mind that Paramount Plus only has the broadcast versions of the show; depending on where you saw the scene, it may be from the DVD extended episodes.

And yes, if spoilers apply to a 20 year old show, they definitely apply to the major reveal that Tyrol and Tigh are Cylons. Sort of.

Thanks for writing. Unfortunately, I didn't take the post down after I found the scene. It's 10 minutes into S4 E12 "A Disquiet Follows My Soul." They're talking about upgrading the fleet's jump drives with Cylon technology (which mean I got that detail wrong).

As someone who watched the original BSG in 1978, then BSG80, I actually really loved the 04 series quite a lot. I think it appealed to my adult self the way the 78 series did to my 10 year old self.

It's been worth owning on DVD and blu-ray for me.

Well, like I said, I was one of the unhappy people when the miniseries came out, and I didn't watch 99% of the regular series. Then again, I recorded the miniseries on VHS and rewatched it a lot. And I've been bopping through it on Paramount Plus. I guess I've mellowed.

There was also a comic book crossover between the two Battlestar Galacitcas and the two Starbucks...well...I don't think I need explain.
