Have you noticed that they had a script error or something because when Janeway and Chakotay was in her ready room she was looking over the classified info on The Borg, she said to Chakotay When The Q chucked the USS Enterprise to the Q (Or something like that), Shouldn't it be The Borg?

I don't think that scene was in "Basics"..was it? I believe you are referring to the episode "Scorpion" when she was talking about Q flunging the Enterprise into the path of the first cube. She was saying "Q" she said "cube". Think you got your words mixed up. 
But I believe it was in the episode Scorpion, not Basics. They didn't talk about the Borg until the fourth season and Basics was from the second/third season.
