Hey all,

Hope everyone is still doing well. I've not posted in this forum in ages so figured I would post something and bring this thread back up from the levels of obscurity. I'm doing well. School has started, the roommates are decent, and I'm still trying to find a job.

I'm doing well. I've had a cold for the last five days or so, but otherwise everything is cool. Work is good so that's useful. Otherwise... well, not much is going on. I've been watching a lot of Farscape lately. I've almost finished S2 (only three eps left).
 
How weird - I dropped into this forum specifically to see if this thread still existed, and here it is. :D

Farscape = greatness. I finished my latest rewatch a month or so back. I miss it already. :lol:
 
Wow, this thread has been seriously dead lately huh? How's everyone doing?

I'm doing pretty well. Not much is really going on in my life. Work is good and keeping me relatively busy. I'm still watching Farscape (I've almost finished S3). I actually haven't been watching it all that much lately due to the fact that I'm playing Ratched & Clank: Tools of Destruction a lot. Man, what a fun game.

So I'm going to Austria to do some shopping today. Hopefully they'll have Pirates of the Caribbean - At World's End on Blu-ray. I might pick up a couple of other Blu-ray movies.

Anyway, that's it from me. :)
 
^ Glad you dug this up, BigFoot. I've been meaning to do so myself lately.

As for me - I'm headed into a long weekend. Of course, we have Thursday and Friday off for Thanksgiving...but I'm also taking off Monday and Tuesday for fun.

Other than that, as you guys might have noticed, I'm having to re-familiarize myself with the warning utility and the M.A. forum lately. :lol: Big change after spending the better part of the past few years (really since the year the DS9 DVD sets came out) doing little more moderating than pinning and unpinning threads. :lol:

I'm going back to Japan on business in January...and will be taking vacation then as well. Not sure where as I've spent alot of time in Japan already and don't really need to spend much more vacation time there. Maybe I'll go to Australia or something....it'll be summer there! :)

Also: just so you're all aware, The Grinch has joined The Dominion. :eek: So I guess the next plan of action will be to mine the entrance to Santa's workshop. :D

How is everyone doing? I'm doing well. This is might last day of work this year, hehe. I don't go back to work until the 3rd of January.

What are you guys doing for the holidays. I'm just gonna stay at home, chill, play my PS3, watch TV and movies. You know, the fun stuff. :D

Oh, I went to Audi's official "The new Audi A4" launch last night. That was quite fun. Even though I've already driven the car (I know people, haha), it was still nice seeing it in a different setting.

Anyway... that's about it from me for now. You guys be good and try to post more often in here. ;) I'll try to do the same.
 
Oh, I knew I was forgetting something. After Slovenia was the first of the new EU members to get the Euro is our official currency, we now don't have any borders with the EU (also a first among the new members). All the borders with Italy and Austria were taken down at midnight last night. :D Cool stuff eh? So next week when I go to Austria, I won't have to cross a border. It's so wickedly shiny.

Honestly, :brickwall: our eyebrows grew back, so let it go. Besides how long can the Mexican authorities hold a grudge? 25 years tops....

Sounds like you are having a fun vacation. I'm on vacation too...but I've been having some serious back problems lately, so haven't been doing much. Can't even sit at the computer long as the chair aggravates it.

Been watching alot of classic films though....and the pain meds help too. I've always been a big fan of pain meds.

And yeah, it's been a fun vacation. I haven't actually been doing anything all that useful. I already went to Austria on Saturday; got a ton of DVDs for myself and presents for other people. I need to do some more shopping today but otherwise I'm mostly just chillin', watching TV and playing games. I might even read a couple of books if I feel like it.
 
Hey all,

God it's been a long time since I've posted in this forum. I remember when this was my first visit every day but, well, things change. I still check in from time to time but man it's been a long time.

Christmas was well. Had a pretty quiet one which was different from years past but kind of enjoyable. I think I'm getting over a cold since I've felt it coming for a few days. I'm taking stuff for it so hopefully it doesn't get too serious so I can enjoy the New Years.

Hope everyone has been doing well. It really is long time no chat.

Glad to hear you had a good Christmas. I actually like mine to be quiet and simple. I find it much more fun. :) And hopefully you'll beat that cold in no time.

I'm doing well; enjoying the heck out of my vacation. It's funny I'm already halfway through my time-off (six days out of twelve) and I feel like I haven't really done all that much of the fun stuff I wanted to do. I haven't watched much TV and I haven't read a single book. OTOH, I have been gaming quite a bit. And I have been going out more then I thought I would so that's a plus. Either way, I'm having fun so that's useful.

Ya'll have a good time ok. ;)
