I get the feeling that Tales of the Jedi came out first (pushing back Season Two of Bad Batch) because something in there will be referenced in Bad Batch. Or at least reflected on enough that if someone saw Tale of the Jedi, they could be all like "Oh so's because of this". Like if Ahsoka shows up, or "Fulcrum" gets a name drop. Or Inquisitors get shown hunting down some Jedi.

A little surprised to see Bail in the mix. I guess if that's who Rex is working with then it's just a matter of time until Ahsoka shows up too (it must be over a year post Order 66 by this point, so she should be Fulcrum by now.)

I know I've seen that giant creature design (that's actually a machine) @0:43 somewhere before, I just can't think where. Probably unused concept art or maquette from tESB or TPM. Star Wars is good about reusing such things.

Also: Trandosians on Kashyyykk? I wonder if they'll mentioned the events of the unfinished second TCW Bad Batch arc, or quasi-adapt it into this story?

Well it's a big galaxy, plenty of other planets to retire on.

That does appear to be the general notion. One also presumes that Crosshair's new team of black Phase 2 armoured recruits are going to lead into the Death Trooper program.
