Similarly, "It's how we all feel, Mr Spock" was said, I think, by Uhura, but I can't remember exactly where, when, or about what.

...hoping somebody else can identify the exact quotes from this (I won't post a new quote 'cos that would be *really* confusing)

"This is fun" comes from McCoy indeed, when Enterprise is first taking fire by the prototype Bird of Prey in ST 6.

"It's how we all feel, Mr. Spock" is from Uhura, as well, from ST 1 - TMP, upon his return to the Enterprise Bridge.

"If we're all here, where's Sulu?"
