T'POL: I'll be notified if my presence is needed.
TUCKER: No matter what happens to the Xindi weapon, the captain isn't coming back. You're in command now. The crew needs to know you're on top of things and it doesn't help if you're holed up in here.
T'POL: I don't need any leadership advice.
TRIP: I'm just trying to help. This isn't easy for any of us. T'Pol?
[Such a cold, horribly uncomfortable scene. Poor Trip ]
T'POL: Get out.
[Reptilian ship brig]
(Archer is being interrogated by three Reptilians, one of whom is hitting him. Archer's hands are chained above his head.)
REPTILIAN: Answer the question.
[May be an hommage to TNG's "Chain of Command" ? ]
ARCHER: Repeat the question.
REPTILIAN: How many Earth vessels have entered the Expanse?
ARCHER: I wish I could help you, but my superiors keep me in the dark about these things.
(He gets hit again.)
REPTILIAN: Is this a pre-emptive strike?
ARCHER: I thought that was your specialty.
REPTILIAN: You don't want to know my specialty.
ARCHER: Let me guess. Stinking up the room?
REPTILIAN: I had no idea that humans were so resilient. It's not a trait found in most primate species.
[Is that the stuff why some people call ST as humancentrified /humansuperior and latent "racist" against alien races? ]
ARCHER: Including the Xindi?
REPTILIAN: There's a reason reptilians are called upon when force must be applied. It was a reptilian who piloted the weapon that attacked your world.
ARCHER: Friend of yours?
REPTILIAN: He was from my regiment. I selected him myself.
