Way to miss the point.

I think your point is fairly obvious, but there's only so much you can do about it.

The Avengers are: Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Black Widow, and Hawkeye.

They all happen to be white. If you're going to complain about them here, you basically have to complain about the entire series...and then you have to go back and complain about the comics. It's not this movie's fault that these characters happen to be white.

Nick Fury and Rhodey had roles that worked with this particular tale. I was surprised that Rhodey showed up at all, but I liked his involvement. And we also had the Asian doctor lady (Helen? I don't remember) who had a decent sized role.

Falcon's appearance at the end was weird. I agree that he should have appeared earlier, because in that last scene he basically showed up out of nowhere. I had to remind myself of who he was.

Yeah, I don't remember seeing Sam at the Mjolnir scene, either. Only during the party before that.

Maybe he went off chasing another cold lead. :p

I was amused I could recognize Serbian Cyrillic in all the Sokovian signs (though we never transliterate from English, like I noticed an example of). A few were written in our Latin script as well, so they could've meant to have the country resemble Montenegro instead, as the only other state in the region that mixes the two scripts. I even thought the country name sounded vaguely like Kosovo, partly because both get their names from birds. Balkanization is ubiquitous enough that any number of breakaway republics could plausibly exist there. Krakozhia, hey... I could certainly identify with characters who felt personally victimized by a beloved American figurehead (CoughClintonCough), and wish Nat had a chance to demonstrate some pan-Slavic verbal skills, though I can see why Russia pan(heh)dering wasn't a priority.

I wonder why Banner tried lifting the hammer? I get that they were all standing around partying and having fun but Banner should already know that The Hulk couldn't lift the hammer, so why would Banner expect himself to be able to?

I liked the scene with Quicksilver running, sees Mjolnir and tries to catch it only to be pulled along by its momentum. Though a little too similar to when Hulk does the same thing in the first Avengers movie on the Helicarrier.

Perhaps his character had changed, and he was now worthy? Remember, for a while (both in movies and comics) Thor couldn't wield Mjolnir, because he wasn't worthy at the time.

How many details does Bruce even remember about his time as the hulk? Would he still remember that the Hulk tried to lift the hammer once?

AAOU was okay. Not superior to the first, but okay. Going into it, I understood that it was not going to be particularly tight, since all things lead to Captain America III, so it was nice to see the characters removed from their freshman outing...but i'm already looking forward to CW.

Seriously? SERIOUSLY?????

I mean, yeah, I didn't like his comments on the Jurassic World clip either. But c'mon people. Really? Death threats?

I am not surprised. Social media is infested with social engineers spending 24 hours a day pointing fingers and trying to bend all to their will, so death threats & attacking Whedon with the notion that Widow was "slut shamed" is to be expected.

Decay of society in full swing.

There doesn't seem to be any consequences for these types of things from anonymous posters on the internet. When people begin to get held accountable criminally for making these types of threats- they will end for the most part except for crazy people who we have to worry about face to face as well as over the internet

Here in Atlanta recently a woman - and rightly so in my opinion - was charged when she posted on Facebook that she'd like to ...'murder police officers,' because of the Freddie Gray thing going on in Baltimore. The police nor the community took kindly to those comments on Face Book and she's sitting in jail now because of it.

That's good news.

Not much.
I think we saw in the Hulk solo movie, how he retains flashes and impressions, but heavily distorted and without context.
Also in this one he asked the team afterwards how it went as if he had no real recollection.

Interestingly enough there seemed to be a bit of banner coming through at the end when he was still the Hulk when he made a conscious decision to use the quinjet to get away from it all.
