I'd recommend Boston Legal (which has the bonus of Shatner too) and Secretary (assuming you're not shocked by a bit of bondage). I believe he was very good in Lincoln and in The Office, but I haven't seen either.

Seeing as how it's a Hannibal Lector kind of part it's a good think he's eating the scenery rather than the guest stars.

If they were going to turn Jarvis evil, why would they bother hiring a new actor for the role?

I've always known the name of Tony's cute arm robot as Dummy. I like the history he shared with it, we saw pictures of it being around with Tony when still in college in IM1.

I think the implication is that the "Dummy" robot was Tony's very first invention. Which explains why he kept it around all these years. He even bothered recovering Dummy from the ruins of his home at the very end of Iron Man 3.
