I would like to create an Avatar similar to this

But have it say Jack Bauer is tired of your Bull Shit!
any Ideas on how to do this, I don't have Photo Shop

Download the free GIMP (GNU Image Manipulation Program) and use that for all your 'photoshopping' needs. Find it here: http://www.gimp.org/

^ I've never used GIMP, but I currently use Paint.NET (also free), which I've found to be much easier to use than Photoshop. GIMP might be easier too. I don't know, I've never used it.

If you can't figure out how to do what you want, Google up some tutorials. That's how I learned, and continue to learn.

Or someone will probably do it for you later in the thread. Whatever works.

GIMP is pretty simple really, a bit PS'ish perhaps, and there's a lot of tutorials to be found on-line too.
