A comment was made in this month's challenge about The Jetsons, so I had to post a pic using my latest Poser freebie - Lazarus's time ship from "The Lazarus Syndrome" (TOS), which I modified to include a front swing-out hatch that makes it a fully-enclosed spaceship, one that also would look right at home there. In this pic, I hadn't yet finished all the interior detailing; it now has a set of instruments and a couple of control levers.
The little guy in the seat is my version of David Gerrold's "Bandi," from one of his unsold story ideas published in his book The Trouble with Tribbles.
"We'll take it!"
I really like that look but I wish the torp launchers were absent/different. Hmm, might be interesting if they were a little lower and vertical, following the curve above the sensor dish.

Oh no! I've fallen into a parallel universe! Where I come from that episode was entitled "The Alternative Factor"! What other strange differences might this new world I've found myself in have to offer?

Hmmm, not as impressed myself. It's a lot of work to be sure, someone has spent weeks animating and tweaking models to get the movement and scenes right, but its a bit lacking. I think that primarily it's the very flat lighting that lets it down. With some nice dramatic lighting it would have looked amazing, and made the rather average looking Enterprise model look a lot better. As it is it looks a bit like those machinima movies that people make using Bridge Commander.
