The last version of Wildcat I read in the comics was hitting retirement age. 34 is too young.

The idea that you need to cast an old guy in a world with no previous superheroes, no legacies, and no JSA seems weird to me. These guys never made sense in modern times anyway, as even the unpowered among them were 90 year-olds who seemed like they were about 60.

There is logic to someone who is at least no longer in their prime. If they're in their prime, the question is why they aren't out there fighting too.

I'm sad that only one character knows how to pronounce Ra's correctly. Then again, that character is his daughter, so it's a good thing she can. Still, I'm hoping they gradually shift over from Rahs to Raysh.

This debate rages on across the internet. Some say that 'raysh' is correct while others say that there are other pronunciations depending on the region and dialect.

Out there? Sounds like he's a boxing coach. I'm guessing we'll be getting Ted "The Wildcat" Grant who got injured in a fight so now he just teaches others.
