I'm going to put on my nitpicky nerd hat hear for a moment, but I can't help but wonder if there is a story reason why Sarah appears to be naked in the Lazarus Pit, while Thea was wearing what appeared to be some kind of ceremonial dress.

Maybe Thea wasn't nude because her brother was in the scene and it would've felt creepy.
Although my impression is that this is a specially filmed "sizzle reel" created as a demo for the network, rather than an actual premiere episode. These scenes may not even be in the series premiere, at least not in the same form. So there may not be a story reason, just a promotional one. They wanted "sizzle," after all...
Yeah, my mind was heckling "gee that's gross" just before I read that last line.
If they do time travel to get a more recently deceased Sara, they could also time travel to use the pit while Ra's and Ollie are fighting on the top of the Starling City Dam. That would mean the team could enter Nanda Parbat (sp?) and use the pit with no-one (read Nyssa) the wiser.
The alternative is that Malcolm allows the LoT team to use the pit in order to assure Nyssa's loyalty and win back Thea's affection by resurrecting one of his/her victims.
Is he ever happy? I'm relatively new to the show, but he seems like a pretty miserable SOB to me.
That, or the FTD florist left his hat.
He was happy in season 2 when he discovered Sara was alive. Laurel brought him down a few pegs when she became a full blown alcoholic in the aftermath of Tommy's death and Sara's return from the dead.
Or set-up for the NEXT spinoff..."Legends of Yesterday"
Maybe they'll do a Flash of Two Worlds storyline.
i am guessing that Flashpoint might be first....but Flash of Two Worlds might come up in the 2nd half -- and be awesome. though i wonder who will be Jay...and also, with these parallel worlds, if they might be two eras appearing silmutaneously.
When the concept was first introduced, it was realistic that Earth Two flash was still active, albeit older. But know, it's 70 years later...so Earth Two might be having World War Two happen at the same time while we are experiencing 2015.
Either way, i'm sure it will be cool and comic-honoring as always.

Given how much The Flash show has been embracing it's comics roots with time travel, costumes, code names, and freaking Gorilla Grodd, I'm pretty sure the producers are itching to bring that classic to the screen. When they announce that ep (or two parter) I will be giddy.
While I would loooooove classic Jay to appear, I'd be happy with nuJay. I really do wonder what version of Earth-Two we might get. New or old?
Given how fond the producers are of the '90 Flash series, I wonder if they'd cast Tim Thomerson as Jay Garrick. (He played Barry's older brother Jay in the pilot of that series, homaging Garrick.)

Wasn't there talk of an animated spin-off set in the Flash/Arrow-verse? Did I imagine that? Has it not happened yet? Did I miss it completely?
