I was just referring to hypothetical people who disliked what happened there. I could give or take a revisit, I guess, but I don't expect it to happen. It'll just be some continuity point that future producers are free to ignore.

Unless Moffatt's got something planned for series 10, they're never going to bother the series again.

With Christmas 2017 being Moffat's finale and quite possible Capaldi's as well, I'll be very surprised if Clara isn't in that at all.

Possibly. But having the Doctor mostly forget about her, it gives the Doctor and series a clean break to go in a new direction.

Then again, I'm not Steven Moffat.*
