I rather enjoyed Voyager. There were quite a few good episodes in the series.

Don't worry about it. Frankly I've gotten used to the Voyager bashing cause it was done alot on TBBS! But, I'm glad you gave it a chance. That ep of Torres you mentioned was "Lineage" one of the best season 7 episodes!!! I really like the way Torres was made out to be when she was a child-she was treated like a monster. And I thought it was interesting how she wanted to alter her daughter's gene just to protect her from being treated like a monster in the future. This episode made me cry as well. This one and the one where the Doc has a holographic family and the girl dies in the end. Very VERY touching scenes!!!!

I really enjoyed B'Elanna's back story with her dad and the camping trip; it made a great bookend to the long-distance message they exchanged in a subsequent episode closely following on. It was time to get that bad blood cleaned up, so little Miral could have a relationship with her grandpa.
