For The Uniform - I loved his turn as the villain, but he could only keep a lid on his emotions for so long before exploding at Eddington over the holo-communicator. Tacking Into The Wind - He had no qualms laying into Gowron over his criminal misuse of military resources. I think Gowron almost enjoyed it.

When he was fired up, he didn't care if you were a cadet or a chancellor - pay attention.

My favorite is poor Cadet Shepard in Paradise Lost. Poor cadet has probably never been really yelled at before. Maybe a prefect for being out late or a professor for not doing the reading on time.
