Anyone fluent in speaking Klingon?

Hi everyone,

This might be an odd post, but then again, considering the BBS, it's probably not!

I have been tasked to locate someone who is fluent in Klingon. It is really for my girlfriend, who is writing promos for a specific network. Apparently, they need some of the text translated to Klingon and so far can't find anyone here in L.A. who is fluent. Reply if you can, whether or not you live here!
