One of the more unusual moments during a day packed with formal and informal ceremonies was a bit of theatre where two military padres acted out an episode of Star Trek: Deep Space 9 in which two spaceship commanders vowed to remember soldiers who had died.

I would think its the final scene of "The Siege of AR-558" with Sisko and Kira. "They're not just names... It's important we remember that. We have to remember..."
