Why would Jayson be banned? I can't imagine anyone more harmless.
He last posted a year ago. His last post was innocuous.
I don't see anything that indicates he was banned, but I wasn't on staff at the time.
I find it hard to believe he would do something to get banned.
I do! Good times, man....good times. I also remember when TV Guide reported that a much younger version of T'Pau from "Amok Time" would be a character in the prequel series. My mom thought that was a neat idea.
Those four and a half months between the finale of Voyager and the premiere of Enterprise were pretty fun days in these forums. "Should Mr. T make a cameo on Series V" was one of the very first threads ever posted about what became Enterprise.
I've noticed Jayson tends to disappear for extended periods of time every once in a while.
Jayson's "As I rot in my coffin and my eyes turn to worm excrement I shall look back fondly on Enterprise" thread was a classic.
^ Even more so than the one about the tranny cheerleader.
Speaking of which, where IS MadBaggins?
I don't remember who made this, I think it might have been Sheniferous.
Are you in there? I'm in there 3 times.
I'd recongize 005, Flukie and Kestra even in a dark room with a blindfold wrapped around my head.
You may have to.
I like where this is headed.
I'll get the paddles.
Also, aww, I recognize gwud in that pic. My first BBS crush. I miss that man.
Jayson hasn't been banned.
So sayeth the boss.
I was just going to say the same LOL.
I'm not in the photo sampler
Nor am I.
Didn't they originally want to call the lead character Jeffrey Archer... until they found out he was a UK politician?
Okay. Must be thinking of someone else
I'm not either. However, I see Goji like 15 times. That guy is just an attention whore
I've always heard Jackson Archer. There was a poster here with that name for awhile.
I think the change was rather quick once UK fans started pointing out the reference. Possibly it went very quickly to Jackson.
IMDB, of course, is a very poor source of information, but it does seem to confirm it...
The Guardian agrees.
I guess they thought "better safe than sorry". After all, not everyone has as little problems with an ill-chosen name as Johnny Depp (Depp is the German word for halfwit / idiot)
I actually liked "Jackson Archer" much better than Jonathan at first but as the first season of the show progressed I got used to the more white-bread first name for Scott's character.
Separate names with a comma.
