Ant-Man: Info, Pics, Rumors, Casting and Details till release

Yeah, and Peyton Reed looks at him like "what the hell are you doing right now."

For anyone who's never actually seen it, here is the infamous slap panel.
Yeah, It might be awkward enough if he was hitting a female superheroine in a costume.. that's still violence against a woman, but that kind of thing isn't unusual considering female heroes re ready to fight, even against opponents awho are clearly stronger than they are. But this panel shows a woman who not only isn't in costume, but she's in lingerie. She looks like she has no superpowers and is not strong enough to defend herself, a single slap knocks her off her feet. And this is his wife? Yeah.. it does get one to worry.

^ (thinking) "What in the fuck am I doing here?"

They always fallback on saying "For my kids" or "For my grand kids" in the case of Douglas and Redford

Then you have "The Avengers" making a billion dollars. So its incentive for actors who want to cash in on the phenomenon.

Now we wait for Clint eastwood to take some role.....

So that would put the flashback most likely in the 60's or '70s then, right?
(Edited because I forgot the post I was referring back to was coded.)

Hank being a wife beater in the comics was stupid, and I bet some Marvel comic people nowadays regret that they have to keep that baggage with the character. The movie version doesn't need that kind of stuff.
I agree. And Gwen Stacy should never have been killed off in either the comic books or this year's The Amazing Spider-Man 2. Now that franchise is sinking before our eyes.

They could always do the first Clone Saga storyline from the comics and then NOT send the Gwen Clone away at the end.

With one day of filming under them an official photo of Rudd as Scott Lang in civilian clothing by the San Fran bridge has been released.

Suck on that Fantastic Four :p

More seriously, cool but relatively unhelpful pic. I wonder if those are his thief clothes. Also, I wonder if the film is set in San Fran.
