Well, I think it's rumored. If some site confirmed it I missed that news.

Giant Man is going to make an appearance in Civil War, not sure who it'll be in the Giant Man costume though

Civil War = Bill Foster being murdered by Clor.

That's a few moving parts.

I can see realworld groups damning and banning a character called "Black Goliath", right up till the point they find out that he's going to be murdered idly by the US Government for protesting how dickish Congress is being.

More likely to be Scott or even Clint.
Clint went around as Goliath for a short time. I could see that as a surprise moment.
Foster isn't in the cast list.

Ant-Man officially crossed $500m Worldwide at the box office!

Ant-Man is the 7th consecutive and 9th overall Marvel Cinematic Universe film to reach the $500M threshold. The film debuted No. 1 in the U.S. with $57.2M on July 17. At its China opening, it was the 2nd biggest three-day weekend for a Disney or Marvel release in the territory. China is the film’s top foreign market, followed by the UK, Korea, Mexico and France.
