I know season 1 did get a fairly limited Blu-Ray release (might even have been 4K only) but does anyone know if we're ever likely to get a full release of both seasons?

Short answer: it's possible, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Ahsoka, yes,, Skeleton Crew, no - at least in the UK - 4k but you get blu and 4k in the same pack for at least some of the series. Not on official dvd

Andor, only season 1 so far

The 4k seems to have been for all the recent releases in the UK, and not that common. Some of them now seem to be going for around £500 a go now

Ugh. Somehow I missed that. I guess they thought the "SAG-AFTRA Awards" was too clumsy. But the new version ain't better!

Eh, not necessarily. The physical media market is extremely fragile. If the first one didn't sell well enough for them, don't expect Season 2.

Hell, even in the golden age of physical media/DVD sales, there are countless series that have incomplete releases.

I wouldn't hold my breath. Those overpriced Disney+ steelbook releases have stopped dead. Nothing in over a year.

Aye, especially considering Andor Season 1 sold out everywhere very quickly - even at the £50 RRP. Only up until recently it was going for triple digits on places like ebay and other 'secondary markets'. Even now a quick look on ebay UK has them between £70 -100... with some sellers asking ~£200 (and previously getting it going on the feedback).

That's just for the official release - there are a significant number of bootlegs being sold on ebay and Walmart's 3rd party portals etc etc. A blag Season 1 & 2 blu ray 'boxset' goes for ~£25 (checking feedbacks of some sellers - they seem to have a considerable number).

Some sellers have even put together a blag Andor Season 2 UHD steelbook - for around £75 delivered.

The demand is there everywhere! (to be said in a Luthen monologue type voice ).
