Well... assuming for a second that it is true, then I'd guess that the significance is that the Doctor has gone right off the edge: he'll do anything to save Amy, no more caring about keeping history intact. As in, "Oh, while you're at it, let's kill Hitler."

I realized something, Rory obviously survives the mid-season two parter. I was really worried he might not make it through one of those episodes but here is another thought. Steven Moffat has promised those episodes will be a game changer. Seems like the episode that will follow said game changer might be kind of meh.

Well, that uniform looked slightly ridiculous. Let's hope it works better in the right lighting. Episodes with Nazis in them often end being really bad and awkward. I sincerely hope it won't be the case here.

Several websites are saying the title is "War of the Germans". Personally, Let's Kill Hitler is a much better one - I hope they go with that. If nothing else the controversy will keep us entertained for the next few months while we wait!

It seems like such a blunt title like "The Assassination Of Jesse James By The Coward Robert Ford" Someone had a screw it attitude that day but I think the title will probably change.
